Rates

We accept insurance and self-pay as payment options. The self-pay rate is $50/hour session with an intern therapist, $90/hour session with an associate therapist, or $150/hour with an independently licensed therapist. If you decide to pay out-of-pocket, ask us for a Good Faith Estimate. The GFE is a document that outlines our most commonly provided services and the fees for those services.

Fees and financial responsibilities will be discussed during the initial appointment and ongoing discussions will take place throughout treatment as needed.

A Superbill can be given to you for you to submit to your insurance provider(s) for reimbursement if you are paying out-of-pocket.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 business day) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment.

No-call/no-show fee: $50 per session
Late cancellation fee (under 24 hour/1 business day notice): $25 per session

Waiving these fees for emergency situations must be approved by the owner and/or office manager and will be reviewed and considered for approval on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Co-pays and other payments are due at the time of service. Please contact your insurance company if you are unsure of your co-payment rate.
